Cream of Broccoli Soup
Broccoli soup
Why dangerous? Because they have so many chunks, they can fall apart in your hands!
Preheat oven to 375° F. In a large mixing bowl, combine: 21/2 C. all-purpose flour
  1 C. sugar
  1/2 C. hazelnuts, cashews, almonds, pecans or walnuts
  1/2 C. raisins
  11/2 tsp. baking powder
  1/2 tsp. salt
  1 tsp. cinnamon
Beat in: 3 eggs
  3/4 C. vegetable oil
  1 tsp. vanilla extract
Form into 2" balls, using a tablespoon or ice cream scoop, and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
